Plan B (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Plan B mobile application (the “App”).

When you create an account or log in, we collect:

Display name (if provided)
Authentication data (via Supabase or Google Sign-In)

We do not collect or store your passwords directly; all authentication is handled securely by our authentication providers.

1.2 Usage & Device Data

We collect limited usage information, including:

Number of credits used and subscription plan type
Basic app interaction data to help us identify bugs and improve the UI

1.3 AI Input Data & Prompts

When you submit a scenario or question to generate a "Plan B":

The text or voice-to-text content you provide is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) via a secure API to generate the response.
We securely store your prompt history and generated plans in our database (Supabase) so you can access your past records across devices.

Plan B is an AI-powered brainstorming tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. We assume no liability for decisions or actions taken based on the App's suggestions.

Please DO NOT submit Personally Identifiable Information (PII), highly confidential data, specific medical symptoms, or sensitive financial details into the input field.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

Provide, maintain, and personalize the App's AI-generated suggestions
Manage your account, subscription, and credit balance
Improve the accuracy, performance, and stability of the App
Respond to customer support requests

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Plan B utilizes trusted third-party infrastructure to operate:

Supabase: For secure user authentication and database hosting.
OpenAI: For processing text prompts and generating AI responses. OpenAI does not use data submitted via our API to train their public models.
Google Sign-In & Google Play Billing: For optional social login and processing in-app purchases.

These providers process data according to their own strict privacy and security policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols. While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, no internet-based system can guarantee 100% security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to delete your data:
To request complete account deletion (including your email and all chat history), please email us at silicongeni@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Plan B is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
